Design that survives the site
SBC Design Lab is an engineering design and build studio based in Lagos. We work on residential and commercial buildings, estate infrastructure and stormwater systems, and we stay involved from the first site survey to the final inspection.
Our designs are built in the same tools we use to check them: analysis models in ETABS and ProtaStructure, coordinated BIM in Revit, corridors and grading in Civil 3D, and drainage networks in EPA SWMM. In-house Python and Excel tools automate detailing and repetitive checks, so engineering time goes into the decisions that matter.
